Biography: Pat is an AV rated attorney who has been practicing law in Arizona since 1985. He has a broad range of clients, including large national corporations, national, regional and local financial institutions and small to mid-size companies, as well as individuals in need of legal services.

He represents creditors in complex bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters, and has extensive commercial litigation experience with an emphasis on contracts, real estate and UCC issues.  He is also experienced in commercial real estate matters, and has represented clients in the purchase and sale of businesses and business assets.

Pat graduated magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1985, where he was Order of the Coif and served as an editor of the Law Review from 1983 to 1985. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from the University of Kansas in 1981.
