Biography:  Chris is an AV rated attorney with extensive and broad commercial litigation experience, having handled jury and bench trials, administrative claims, arbitrations, mediations and appeals in both federal and state courts.  Chris advises clients on issues involving contracts, partnership and corporate disputes, real estate and title claims, and business torts.  Chris also advises employers on a variety of issues and claims including: executive contracts; wage claims; leave policies; EEOC, FMLA and ADA compliance; and preparation, review and revisions of employee handbooks.

Chris represents a broad range of clients, including Fortune 500 corporations, automobile dealership groups, financial institutions, golf course ownership groups, small to mid-size companies, family businesses and sole proprietors.

Chris graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame College of Law in 1984, including a year of study in the Concannon Programme of International Law at the Notre Dame London Law Centre.  He obtained his B.A. in political science and psychology from the University of California, San Diego in 1981.
